Diversification is the first big step in our babies life. Every mom knows that this stage can be complicated, but also knows how important is for infants to have a healthy begining in life. More than that, starting with solids correctly can help the baby grow and develop in a good way and most important, will help them to be healthy children and healthy adults.

Moms are preoccupied to do what’s best for their kids, but do not know where to start.
This time i made a list with a few steps that you should follow, in order to make things easier for the moment you will start giving solids to your baby.

  1. Inform yourself

Nowadays is very easy to find every kind of information. We live in an informational era and information means power. Being informed about what aliments you should start with, how much the baby need to eat or similar things, will make diversification easier.

  1. Talk to a doctor

Is very important to talk to a pedetrician and it’s better if he knows your baby already. You have to make sure that the doctor is also very well informed and he is up to date the latest studies. Ask the doctor about everything you want to know about diversification and also ask for a diversification list that encompassed the first steps you should follow on.

  1. Go shopping

Women love shopping so it shouldn’ t be difficult. For a good start of diversification you have to buy many things. You will need things as feeding chair, plastic bowls, spoon, sippy cup. So go and spend some money.

  1. Talk to other moms

Talking to other mothers that already have been through these stage and asking for advice can be very helpful. In this way, you can find out new things that can prepare you for what’s next and in this way, you will know how to manage the reaction of your baby when it comes to food.

  1. Relax

I think this is the most important step. I know that starting with solids can be very stressful, but don’t forget that your baby feels the same way as you do. So if you will be stressed so does she and it can be reticent when it comes to food. If you know what you have to do, things will come by themselves. Just relax and enjoy the new stage of your life.
