Blackheads give us headaches every day. Those little dots cannot be seen by anyone but knowing they are there is really annoying. Finding a way to get rid of blackheads is an important matter.
As a woman who suffers because of blackheads I can tell how hard is to get rid of them. I always looked for natural treatments and I realized that’s not enough. Without a skin care routine and a visit for a professional treatment, from time to time, nothing is working. Anyway, I found a few recipes that can help you get rid of blackheads or, at least, to prevent the apparition of it.
But first I want you to know that blackheads are a combination of sebum (oil), dead skin and dust which clog the pores. They turn black due to the air that makes them oxidize. They appear mostly to the persons who have oily skin, but the ones with dry skin, as I am, can’t escape either.
I’m sure you tried at least once to squeeze them with no results or with a mark left on your face. Please let the professionals do this, or, if you want to do it by yourself, be gentle with your skin and try squeeze them only after you opened your pores (after a bath or with steam hot).
As I said earlier, to get rid of blackheads is not easy. And for that you need to follow a few steps of skin care routine.
Do not forget to get rid of make-up every night. Cleansing the skin is essential to avoid blackheads.
Your skin is exposed to environmental conditions that harm the skin. That’s why exfoliation is required for a beautiful skin. Removing dead cells, prevent pores from becoming clogged. Try to exfoliate your skin at least once a week.
It can look weird but a moisture skin can help you get rid of blackheads. It’s important to maintain the right balance in the skin, and moisturizing will allow you to continue exfoliating the skin without any problem. Using water based products will keep your skin moisturized and will not clog the pores.
After you follow these simple steps you can try the next natural treatments that can help you get rid of the blackheads.
